Being a keen sportsman in school and college, i chose a career in the Indian Army and trained in the Indian Military Academy for a year and a half. But this career was short lived due to an injury I sustained. I then entered the corporate world and worked in garment exports industry. Having had an inclination towards fitness and being an avid runner i have been running as a passion. 4 years ago i decided on a career change and being passionate about fitness, started a running club along with a friend 'Luv2Run'. I then did the Reebok Group Instructor Program as a start in this industry. I have now successfully completed the ACE Personal Trainer's exam. With this credential of being fitness professional I am now able to design and implement safe, effective & appropriate programs for health and fitness.
