Personal trainer for ten years. Teach group fitness classes daily.I believe you get out of exercise what you give. I work with older adults as well as the younger population. I have a great belief in staying active as long as yu can throughout life. I try to give to the client what they want or what they are looking for and at the same time encourage them to give "a little more". I think "you can do anything, one more time".
