I am a full time trainer on the south side of Chicago. This is what i do for many people each day and I look forward to helping you look and feel your best. I specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning, pre/post natal fitness, geriatric fitness and well as general health. I am also experienced to work with older, less mobile populations and am certified through American Parkinsons Disease Assoc. I am available for In-Home and Online Training.
