I have been involved in health and wellness for the past 20 years. My journey started when I joined the fire service at a young age. It was difficult to lift some of the fire equipment so I decided to dedicate more time and energy to improving my fitness. Along the way I found that I enjoyed learning about health-wellness and fitness. This has become my second passion. I enjoy helping individuals start their own health and fitness journey. I have a saying: “Never forget where you came from” meaning I remember what it is like to start an exercise program. It can be scary, intimidating, overwhelming and hard. If you put your mind to it you can overcome these challenges. I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Sport Management-Wellness/Fitness and I am Certified in Functional Movement Screens.
