I have been a trainer for about 7 years and have worked with many different kinds of clients. I work with those trying to lose a few pounds to those who are struggling with health issues (osteoporosis, arthritis, joint problems). I work hard to cater the workouts to the needs of my clients. With most of my clients I work with them in their own homes. I don't need a lot of space or a lot of equipment to get started.
