I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 25 years working in the north New Jersey area and during that time; I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of clients. Many of these have been rewarding experiences and many of my clients have continued to train with me over a period of many years. Having established these long-term relationships, I am very proud to say that through hard work and a commitment to my clients and the principles of fitness, many of them have reached, and some have even surpassed their initial goals.
