I became a trainer because my mother had lupus and battled with health problems for years, my father passed away when I was 14 with Cancer and I want to help people with preventative health care. I find it so rewarding and it is what I was called to do. I am a fuctional trainer which means that I work with people to improve the function of their everyday life and hobbies. I love the challenge and can not help but to make friends with my clients. I love my job!!
