About Gail McGhie: Gail is a fitness and wellness enthusiast who has been in the fitness industry for fifteen years. She is an Ace certified personal trainer, health coach, group fitness instructor and a level two TRX trainer. Gail provides in home, outdoor and gym facility based fitness programs and health coaching in a varied and balanced program that is effective and fun. Gail is a strong believer in cross training and inspires her clients to embrace functional exercise, cardio, strength training, balance training, yoga and Pilates. She treats each client as an individual with special needs and desires and designs workouts according to the client's strengths, challenges and motivation. Gail's clients are predominantly female and range in age from late 20's to 87 years old. Clients with stress filled lives are asked to make a list of the things and people that stress them the most. Gail then works with the client to make another list to modify the stress level.
