ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I've been training since 2001 in homes, my studio and in the club setting. I have a variety of experiences in training clients for fat loss, increasing lean mass, and improving daily function. I am passionate about keeping exercise an enjoyable and expected part of my clients lifestyles. My personal experiences are keeping up with my family and running 5 marathons, various 5 and 10ks and living an overall active lifestyle. I enjoyed participating in athletics in my past and have trained a variety of athletes. I am driven primarily to help people live a healthy lifestyle.
