About Karen Gomes: I was obese throughout my childhood till I reached twenty. Life was not easy for me as my friends, family and relatives always made fun of me. I hated this so much I felt I needed to make a change, as I didn’t want to be the centre of anyones joke anymore. I took matters into my own hands and went on a crash diet, and lost considerable amounts of weight. I was excited with the results but I felt very unhealthy. I believe the reason was, I approached this with no prior knowledge of the right exercises or the proper nutrition to control or bring down your weight. I needed to know how to do it right. This drew me into the Fitness Industry as I went in with renewed passion. I embarked on a journey of learning and of self-discovery. I totally dedicated my life into helping others achieve what they considered is impossible for them. I have been there, done that, but in the wrong way. So I decided that I would help others do it right. With my years of experiences working as a fitness trainer and consultant, as well as my formal education on fitness, I believe I can help you on your journey with me to achieve the goals you desire. You could do your personal training with me individually, with your spouse, partner, kids or with your family members. You will learn how to eat right and exercise right in a fun and exciting way.
