I'm excited to meet you and help you reach your fitness goals. I've been active all my life, but I've sure had my fair share of falling off the bandwagon. My goal has always been to help clients not only get healthy, but sustain a healthy lifestyle for the long haul. It's a lifestyle, not a trend. If you've suffered from yo-yo dieting and on-again, off-again exercise plans, I know how you feel and I can help. Whether you need someone to push you during a workout, show you where you could make a little extra time for exercise, or perhaps both, I'm here for you.
