Patricia Gibson, although recently certified but has been involved in fitness training for over 15 years. She realized the importance of making health and fitness a daily part of her life. Her desire to be the best she could be guided her to not only train but to educate herself on proper training techniques for safe and effective results, as well as a healthy diet. Throughout the years she noticed the transformation of her body and overall health which inspired her to want to help others obtain the same results. She believes that people of all ages can have a better and healthier quality of life by being proactive to fitness and nutrition. While working out in different fitness facilities she was constantly asked if she is a Fitness Pro or Personal Trainer, which inspired her to study and recently obtain her certification with one of the most prestigious fitness programs available. Her dedication and desire to inspire and help others obtain their own personal fitness goals have directed her to start creating fitness programs to accommodate people of all ages and fitness levels. Patricia is a mother, wife and part time student and enjoys working out and watching a good movie in her spare time .
