My purpose in life is to help other people get clear about their wellness goals and to help them achieve their desires. I became passionate about health by losing many family members to heart disease and diabetes.In learning how to take care of my health, I share simple way to create a healthy lifestyle and work with clients to help them sustain healthy habits. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE, the American Council on Exercise, A Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches (R) and The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I also am certified as a Nutrition and Fitness Instructor, and a nationally certified Diabetes Prevention Program Instructor. I am grateful for the opportunity to have helped many people of all ages go from frustrated to happy, healthy and fit.
