About
I love to teach group fitness and have been in the field for more than 12 years. I am also a personal trainer and love the one-on-one training atmosphere. I like to comfortably push my class and clients beyond a normal workout and I love to try new excercises. I am also cautious because I know how frustrating it can be to work out after an injury. I always want my class or client to leave feeling happy and excited to take on the day. I also love to educate and usually share tidbits of nutrition or excercise info during sessions. The ulitimate goal is to have the indvidual understand why I'm having them perform excercises in a certain manner so they can duplicate it themselves when I'm not there. I want the workout to be hard but enjoyable!
