As a trainer for 20 years, I have seen trends come and go, and pride myself on knowing what works and what doesn't. I love to figure out for each client what their inner motivation is and develop a work-out around that. Each person is unique and their exercise program should reflect that. I have also been very fortunate to have had opportunities to work at the best medical centers in Chicago to build my skills as a trainer to those with multiple medical concerns. My clients range from soccer-playing moms to retired physicians. My personal motto is, "I never met anyone who I couldn't help with exercise."
