I am an ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and have an extensive training background having spent my entire adult career in the fitness industry, beginning as a physical education specialist, and program development and designer. I have been a certified trainer for over 18 years. My motto is: "I bring the gym to YOU!" I have many "toys" that I bring to the client to "play" with in order to make the workout experience fun. I believe that fun and fitness must go together in order encourage the client to continue wanting to maintain optimal fitness levels for healthy living.
