My passion for fitness began over 20 years ago. Since then, it's been non-stop learning and growing professionally to keep on top of the ever-changing fitness industry. I hold many specialty certifications in various fitness and wellness modalities and was excited to learn about the AARP Program with ACE. Being a baby boomer myself, makes it easy for me to understand the manner in which the older adult's body works; being a women makes it easy for me to relate to issues and concerns specific to women. My belief is that aging is all about the attitude. So, stay positive, keep smiling, and keep moving! I look forward to working with you.
