I have been teaching fitness classes since 1985. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor with ACE. I enjoy teaching senior classes including SilverSneakers as well as Step Circuit classes. I have a BA in Psychology and am also a Physical Therapist Assistant. I encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle including exercising, eating right, and getting enough sleep! Exercise and health are a state of mind, not something to do for one month and then forget about!
