A am very passionate about fitness and thrive on continued growth in providing my cleints with dynamic workouts covering a full spectrum of challenges. I believe the body is a work of art that one can sculpt through creative, challenging exercises. I keep up with the latest research and workouts. I love it when my clients read Shape Magazine, see Hollywood stars' workouts, or watch "The Morning Show," and say, "We do that." I thrive on being on the cutting edge, but with a conservative approach. I don't believe in cookie cutter workouts. Each client is different and appropriate exercises need to be chosen for that individual's body and ability. Clients need to be challenged with safety in mind. I believe everyone at any age has an "Inner athlete" in them which thrives on challenge. I find that "athlete" and lead the challenge to success.
