Janet Franz uses a combination of professional training and personal experience to motivate people to achieve optimal health and fitness. A professional group exercise instructor and personal trainer since 1993, Janet is certified by the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and Les Mills. She trains clients in community centers, work sites, and health clubs in Vermont. Her specialty classes include muscle conditioning, core strength and stability, power Pilates, traditional and step aerobics, Body Pump®, senior fitness, youth fitness, and running for beginners.
