About Gary Rubin: At Personal Power Fitness, I specialize in restoring your health, fitness, and movement. My areas of expertise include weight loss, flexibility, mobility, strength and aerobic training. I also teach the ACE Personal Training Certification program at Bucks County Community College in Newtown,Pa. By doing this my knowledge is current and I have a better command of training individual clients.My class reinforces my knowledge and contributes to a better more informed workout! Additionally having worked with physical therapists has enabled me to embrace corrective exercise that is specific to the client. My training programs embrace an emphasis on muscle balance, posture and referencing the proper exercise for your needs.With so many exercise how do you know what is suitable for your needs. Since we all have needs my targeted fitness programs are specific and designed for the individual and not a general workout. Doing this creates better results as my clients get a customized workout that is optimized for them. It is my goal and interest to educate and guide the client through an exercise program that is result oriented yet fun. In pursuit of their fitness goals, my clients often feel empowered, as they gain more autonomy and confidence with their exercise program and overall health.
