What is the ACE Integrated Fitness Training (IFT) Model?

The ACE IFT Model training components—cardiorespiratory training and muscular training—are comprised of three training phases. Depending on current health, fitness and individual goals, every client will fall within one of the phases for each training component.

Clients are met exactly where they are and guided toward their goals through a combination of well-timed assessments and a comprehensive approach to functional movement, resistance, and cardiorespiratory training.
