With 32 years in the fitness and wellness industries, my work is now focused on Geriatric and Older Adults, ages 71 + to 94 years old, with others in their 50's. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a specialty in Geriatric Massage including Cognitive Impairment and Palliative Care Massage, I am certified as a Senior Fitness Consultant and a Group Fitness Instructor. My additional certifications are as a Hatha and a Prenatal Yoga Instructor. My work in the fitness field is done virtually, via Zoom. I work closely with my clients' health care providers ranging from surgeons, and cardiologists, to physical therapists and chiropractors, acupuncturists, OB/GYN, etc. I understand how to work with medications. All clients must fill out a medical history form and the first session is a review of this form. Maximum number of clients in one session is two.
