In 2010 I made the transition from Pilates enthusiast to certified Pilates instructor. Since then, I have worked with clients to achieve personal fitness goals ranging from post rehabilitative recovery to elite competition. I excel at recognizing and improving postural and muscular asymmetries in the body as well as movement inefficiencies. Similarly, I emphasize functional movements, Pilates principles, and my client’s goals in every session.
