Anio has been in the Health and Wellness industry since 2013, she is passionate about supporting her client to understand their core health issue and make lifestyle changes to support the body to restore balance and heal. She work out Personalized Wellness Program based on client health challenges and with reference to their current blood test reports. The program supports the clients to understand how to make changes to their daily lifestyle and learn to manage on their own for an enrich and better life quality. Since 2013 she have supported many of her clients with metabolic issues such as high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, urine acid, poor sleep, digestive issue, weight issue and more on medication to reduce or stop medication by their doctors.
