BUFF BRUNO Cell -- 937 726 6257 Email -- bedfordbruno@gmail.com -------------------------------------------------------- Buff graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1975 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also has an MBA from Wharton and a Ph. D in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Institute. He is a lifetime learner who has maintained a strict fitness regimen his whole life. He learned this through his early years as an athlete and in the military where fitness is a way of life and has continued to develop his routines through his 30s, 40s, 50s and now into his 60s. After recently retiring from a long manufacturing career, he has decided to use his passion to help others. Some athletic achievements through the years include: high school All State in Maryland basketball, University of Notre Dame freshman basketball team starter, highest fitness score in US Army Engineer Officer Basic Course, completed 5 marathons, multiple triathlons to include 1 Tin Man (1/2 the Ironman distances), and 3500 miles cycled in 2017 @ age 64. Buff is ACE certified. After a lifetime of moving, he and his wife have settled in Lewes, DE to enjoy the beach activity and support their kids in New York City.
