About
I've been an ACE certified GFI since Sept. 2018. I teach HIIT and strength classes at numerous gyms throughout the Central Ohio area. My goal is to open a studio of my own once both of my kids are in school and self sufficient (in about five years). I grew up with an aerobics instructor mom and was a regular at the local Athletic Club's pool and athletics. I won class clown in high school so I like to weave a bit of humor into every class I teach so that we are having fun while getting and staying healthy! Sustainable is the name of the game.
