Hi, my name is Lisa. I've been teaching a range of Group Exercise classes for more than 5 years. My main formats include: Strength Training, HIIT, Functional Movement classes, and Studio Cycle. I aim to promote functional fitness, positive body image, and a general love of exercise in each of my classes. I view fitness as key component in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. I am always eager to learn new things about the fitness industry and I invite any new challenges that I may encounter as a fitness professional. :)
