Kristine holds BS and MS degrees in Exercise Physiology from Utah State University and an MS degree in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed to practice in the State of Wyoming (LDN) as well as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). She is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) and Clinical Exercise Specialist (ES) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She also holds the following certifications: * Certified group fitness instructor - American Council on Exercise (ACE) * Mat & Standing Pilates Instructor - PhysicalMind Institute * Schwinn Indoor Group Cycling Instructor * First Aid/CPR/AED (American Heart Association) Kristine worked for over 4 years at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center as a clinical exercise physiologist and as a Nutrition professional. She has been providing group fitness instruction and personal training since 1998. She has been teaching Pilates since 2003 and initiated the P.E. Pilates classes at North Carolina State University where she taught from 2003-2011. She currently teaches as a Professor in Exercise Science and Nutrition at Western Wyoming Community College.
