Reviews

Clear and Concise information on teaching exercises that are appropriate for clients with osteopenia or osteoporosis, as well as people who want to maintain and build bone density. There is a template for teaching the classes that gives an overall flow to each class and ensures that specific movement goals are accomplished.

This was an outstanding course! As someone with Osteoporosis, I'm happy to find a course that is specifically geared toward building/maintaining bone density. I was also extremely pleased with the focus on improving balance and mobility, which are so important for preventing those potentially catastrophic falls.
