It's not about me, this program is the client's program, it is about the client. My training style includes educating every one of my clients as they are working through their goals. By the end of their programs they will be confident, and knowledgeable enough to venture out on their own if they so choose. I hold nothing back. I want my clients to succeed. There are three components to my training system. Physical fitness, mental fitness, and nutritional fitness. Expect to be trained and held accountable in all three areas in order to maximize results toward long-term goals.
