I can remember my first experience walking into an exercise class being terrified of how I would possibly be able to keep up, or how little I thought I would accomplish after having avoided phys.ed. throughout much of my childhood years and having struggled with weight management. Now more than 10 years later, I am the one welcoming brand new exercisers and teaching those very same classes! Helping others discover how physical fitness can change their own lives just as it changed mine has not only become my passion, but is now my goal as an instructor.
