BACKGROUND: I have an extensive background in sports; competitive gymnastics, national-level track & field, martial arts, and kickboxing. I am also a certified coach in both gymnastics and track & field. I understand the competitve drive and know what it takes to gain that competitve edge from both personal experience and higher education. I understand the athletic mind and have the ability to help anyone looking to better their performance. EDUCATION/OTHER CERTIFICATION: I earned my bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, however my passion for health and fitness lead me to a full-time career as a fitness professional. I have earned my Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with the focus on fitness and wellness. In addition to my ACE group fitness certification, I am a Certifed Personal Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I specialize in kickboxing, pre & post natal fitness, weight management, and sports performance. PERSONAL: I am a mother of three beautiful children so I can relate with the busy mom who is constantly putting herself last. I understand the struggle to balance a family life, housework, a career, social time, and personal time. I have gained weight with each pregnancy and have lost the weight with all three. I understand what it feels like to want to fit into your old clothes and I know what it takes to get into the best shape of your life. If I can do it, so can you! You just need the right information.
