I am a group fitness instructor and recently took PT licence. I myself had a bad back pain before and I corrected my posture, then I am fine now. I always tell my paterins to look your posture from your bottom. With kinestic connection, your toes direction tells us knees position, back muscle balance, spine curve, shoulders shape and head position. We look and think together what is the proper posture.
