My one-on-one Personal Training service, aka 360 degrees, takes a universal approach to your fitness level. People often look at themselves from the limited perspective of a mirror which is not reality. My program is designed to help you feel confident and energetic, inside and out. I believe that the most important part of your body that a Personal Trainer can improve is your back. From strengthening your back muscles to increasing your flexibility with moves such as Curl-ups, Planks, and Single Leg Stretch, the foundation of my program is to build the integrity of the spine in conjunction with the rest of your body. A work-out Log will be kept to reflect challenges you overcome, and improvements. Every client is different. After a complete evaluation, I design a program designed to meet each clients specific needs and personal goals. Programs may include Plyometrics, Pilates, Balance, Strength Training, Flexibily, and Cardio . . .and many fun moves. I have worked with men and women, ages 18 to 66. I have practical experience with special populations including seniors; pre and post natal women; diabetics; asthmatics; and those recuperating from injury, aneurysm and stroke. Becoming certified by an accredited certification organization such as ACE (American Council on Exercise) is the first easy step towards becoming a personal trainer. Add a genuine concern for and undistracted attention to clients, with a devotion to professional excellence and you’ve got a wise trainer. Add an extensive understanding of nutrition, the state of healthcare today & medical conditions and you’ve got a trainer with a full spectrum of resources . . . 360 degrees.
