I am an experienced trainer who specializes in older adults who are looking to begin a fitness regimine or improve their fitness level. I also teach Yoga and recognize the importance of balance, coordination, flexibility and strength to improving and maintaining overall health. Since I have lost over 75lbs. as an older adult through a healthy diet and exercise I feel I am uniquely qualified to guide and encourage people who wish to "get in shape."
