I am a personal trainer at Marine Corps Station Miramar. In the past I have coached high level gymnasts and have used that sports specific training to enhance tactical athletic training of Marines. I train a wide variety of patrons, including active duty and retired military, spouses, athletes, elderly, clinical clients, and those who are recovring from musculoskeletal injuries. I train groups as large as 50 using a variety of equipment, including, but not limited too, TRX suspension trainer, sleds, medicine balls, bands, hurdles, agility ladders, cones, body bars, and free weights. I love training athlets and those who are interested in functional fitness. I believe functional fitness is essential for every population to enhance quality of life in all aspects.
