I have been in the fitness industry for 30+ years. 20 years as the fitness director for the Spokane YMCA. My passion is older adults. I am the Fitness Specialist at the Newport Recreation and Aquatic Center in Newport Oregon. I work and play to inspire them to keep participating in life! I am starting my own personal training business out of my own home this year. It is BEneFIT, LLC and I am excited to begin this journey as I approach semi-retirement! I played volleyball in college and have been active in many things all my life. Being fit is very important to me and I like to share that enthusiam with everyone.
