With over 10 years of experience personal training and coaching Cristin is dedicated to providing individualized plans to meet the needs of her clients to ensure success. Whether beginner exerciser or elite athlete, Cristin has worked with countless clients and has proven success. Functional training with proven results. Cristin has a passion for human movement and how it relates to athletic performance and general fitness and wellness. Cristin has run 8 marathons and over 15 half marathons, in additions to numerous 5K/10K races. All this after recovering from a traumatic cycling accident that left her with many fractured vertebra, bad concussion, other orthopedic fractures and injuries. She has recovered after several spine and neuro surgeries to be a competitive athlete, inspire her clients, and prove that nothing is impossible.
