About
I started my career in the fitness industry as a trainer at a facility that worked with athletes back in 1994. Since then, I have continued to build my background/experience in fitness and health. I manage a corporate wellness center while giving lectures and teaching classes. My philosophy when it comes to training is that a person needs to have a strong belief that they can accomplish what they set out to do. It’s from that belief that achieving goals and overcoming obstacles, either physical or mental, can take place. I have continued to educate and train individuals using my sports background to develop challenging and fundamentally sound programs for clients to follow and enjoy.
