She has 25+ years experience in corporate wellness. From Milwaukee to Twin Cities to Florida she has worked at several corporate wellness sites and hospital based locations within her career. As a personal trainer her clientele included CEOs, professional athletes, military, and people with various disabilities. She feels it is very rewarding to see clients increase their energy level, productivity, and quality of life through exercise. Heather is very passionate about yoga, running, and group exercise.
