I have been an ACE-certified personal trainer since 2000, and have continued to up-date my knowledge, experience, and interests in the fitness and nutrition field yearly. My background included nursing before I became a personal trainer, so I have been very interested in helping individuals take preventative/health conscious measures concerning their own fitness and well-being :-) Some of my training has included senior balance and movement activities; pre- and post-natal exercises; kid's nutrition and health; and stretching/flexibility...(among others).
