Terri Arnold is an ACE Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She also holds certification with WaterART as an Aquatics Instructor and Maddog Spinning Instructor. Terri has been active in fitness personally and professionally for over 25 years. She believes the key to maintaining this level of interest is workout variety and fitness professionals who challenge and educate their clients. She enjoys working with all levels of fitness and looks forward to sharing her knowledge of fitness and nutrition in order to help clients achieve the results they desire. Since 2021 she also offers in-home virtual training at reduced rates.
