I have been personal training since 2000, and I love what I do. Throughout the years I have worked with a diverse clientele, from college athletes to cardiac rehabilitation patients. I take great satisfaction from helping people achieve their fitness goals, and adopt a healthier lifestyle. I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, ACE Personal Trainer and Health Coach certifications and have completed the Orthopedic Exercise Specialist program. I also work full-time as a Paramedic.
