I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I love helping people become healthier through exercise, changing eating habits and changing the way we think about ourselves. I played Division I basketball at Loyola University. I am in the Hall of Fame at Loyola with over 2000 points scored. I know how hard it is to exercise and commit to a new way of life. I can get you there either in the comfort of your home or my home. I am a mother of 3 boys. I understand how crazy life is and how we never have the time for ourselves.
