As a member of AARP as well as ACE. I have had 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. My trainings include total body conditioning, in particlar, strength training and osteoporosis, as well as water aerobics, and Yoga and pilates stretching. I have trained the older population for triathlons. I have also worked 25 years as a licensed mental health counselor incorporating exercise into my work as a counselor.
