I currently live in and serve the Asheville area. My mission is to help people attain their definition of health through small, manageable lifestyle changes that amount to profound changes in well-being over the long term. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a small scale farmer and garden designer. It is my belief that it is not possible to have health without having a connection to your food, so I help and educate my clients on being a little more self-reliant. This is especially crucial during these times as resources regarding chronic disease and metabolic dysfunction has never been more abundant and metabolism and immune support has never been so critical. I stay up to date on the cutting edge of sleep, exercise, stress, and nutrition science. It would be my pleasure to have you as a client and co-create an action plan for a healthier future.
