Angel M. Hernandez (Coach Angel) is the Owner & Founder of FOCUSED PT, LLC newly located out of Tewksbury, MA. Specializing in Exercise Science, Coach Angel also holds certifications in Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Sports Nutrition through ACE Fitness; as well as being qualified as a TRX Instructor in both Suspension Training & Functional Training. In the future, Coach Angel hopes to continue his education in pursuit of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a focus in Athletic Training. As Coach Angel continues his Journey within the Health & Wellness industry, he hopes to keep inspiring and motivating others to lead a Happier, Healthier Lifestyle.
