Hi! My name is Shanna Haun and I love teaching adults how to live well on all levels: body, heart & mind. It is amazing to witness the positive impact on students' lives! I've been teaching since April, 2005. Yoga principles of alignment inform how I live my life and all that I teach. Certifications/Trainings include: E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance via Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, E-RYT 300 through the Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Certification from Personal Best Pilates, Stott Mat and Equipment training, Cancer Exercise Specialist Certification from The Cancer Exercise Specialist Training Institute and Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. I would love to see you soon!
