Growing up in a house driven by fitness, I always knew I would end up doing something in the health and wellness field. After graduating with a degree in Nutrition, I decided to take it to the next level and get certified in personal training. Personal training has given me the opportunity to fulfill my passion for helping people make positive changes in their lives. I love a good challenge and am dedicated to finding a solution to any problem or question. I enjoy working with people/groups of all fitness levels.
